We strongly recommend you to have a Team Advisor. Teams have to find their own advisors and mentors.
Can the team leader also play an associate role?
It is essential to delegate the roles and responsibilities of each team member to avoid workload on a single team member
Are we allowed to participate next year if we could not get to the final this year?
Yes, You can participate in all the upcoming CZC contests. There is no restriction on future participation.
For Past CZC teams: If you have secured funding in the previous editions of CZC and wish to participate in the upcoming editions, submit your application for the latest innovation in your product/technology. Refrain yourself from submitting the idea/innovation that you already submitted.
Will the training program and progress review be offline or online?
We have planned online and offline training programs. It will be communicated to the teams as and when required.
Who will be the contact person Team leader or Team associate?
As a general protocol, Team leads are often contacted by the CZC team.Teams also can decide and let the CZC team who can be the contact person. Team leads have to ensure that all important information is being communicated and shared to all the team members.
If the team limit exceeds 5, how can we enter the data of other team members?
File upload option is available in the application portal. Upload all your additional information through the application portal.
Are we supposed to choose our advisors?
Yes
How many advisors can we have in a team?
There is no limit on the number of advisors. However, we recommend you to have a advisor/mentors having in expertise in Technical, Business and Sustainability related to your innovation.

Can a sole proprietorship company(startup) apply for CZC?
Yes, You can apply as a single owner and fill in your details to all associate fields if you don’t have a team.
